Siroco ArtLab y CAVVE, el nuevo estudio fundado por Mit Borrás, presentan un evento exclusivo que celebrará su inauguración oficial en Madrid el próximo 31 de octubre. Un opening único en forma noche de electrónica y la obra, film e instalación Oracle. 

Esta cita marca el lanzamiento de la nueva etapa internacional de CAVVE, estudio e institución artística dirigida por Borrás y dedicada a la producción de proyectos contemporáneos en los campos del media art, la performance digital, el videoarte, el cine experimental y la investigación sobre el cuerpo post-orgánico, la meditación, la tecnología y la ciencia. CAVVE cuenta con un equipo internacional de colaboradores especializados, compuesto por artistas visuales, performers y profesionales en robótica, biotecnología, antropología, moda y música electrónica, que trabajan en la creación de obras que trascienden los formatos tradicionales.

El evento presenta ORACLE, una videoinstalación de Mit Borrás que reflexiona sobre la adaptación del ser humano a los entornos tecnológicos y espirituales del futuro. Inspirada en El Mago del Tarot y en el imaginario mitológico, la obra da forma a un oráculo híbrido: una figura posthumana que encarna la síntesis entre cuerpo, máquina y naturaleza, mediante un ritual simbólico desarrollado en un limbo del futuro. 

ORACLE parte de investigaciones sobre la representación arcana de la muerte, los inframundos, los ritos de paso y los limbos, en diálogo con aproximaciones contemporáneas como la biomedicina, la robótica, los liminal spaces y los éteres digitales y rituales modernos. La obra se integra en el universo conceptual de Adaptasi Cycle, un ecosistema mitológico especulativo en evolución constante, donde convergen espiritualidad, ecología y tecnología.

Coreografiada e interpretada por Ulrico, con dirección creativa de Rachel Lamot, la pieza toma como referencia la teoría del cyborg de Donna Haraway, explorando la disolución de las fronteras entre organismo y máquina. El diseño de vestuario de Pastel Volume Memory creado por la artista berlinesa Kim Rosario expande una estética que fusiona lo biomecánico, lo vegetal y lo animal.

La experiencia se completa con la sesión electrónica y colaboración de DJ CECZ, quien ofrecerá un DJ set inmersivo. Su propuesta —que combina drone, obscure techno, dark ambient, electrónica experimental y texturas sintéticas— ampliará los límites de la obra hacia una dimensión sensorial inspirada en la cultura rave. Más que música, se trata de una prolongación vibracional del universo de ORACLE, activando el cuerpo como espacio de resonancia y trance colectivo.

Siroco ArtLab and CAVVE, the new studio founded by Mit Borrás, present an exclusive event to celebrate its official launch in Madrid on October 31st.

This event marks the beginning of a new international phase for CAVVE, an art institution led by Borrás and dedicated to the production of contemporary projects in the fields of media art, digital performance, video art, experimental cinema, and in-depth research on post-organic bodies, meditation, technology, and science.
CAVVE collaborates with an international team of specialists—visual artists, performers, and professionals in robotics, biotechnology, anthropology, fashion, and electronic music—working together to create works that transcend traditional formats.

The evening will feature ORACLE, a video installation by Mit Borrás that reflects on the human being’s adaptation to future technological and spiritual environments. Inspired by The Magician Tarot card and mythological imagination, the work gives form to a hybrid oracle: a posthuman figure that embodies the fusion of body, machine, and nature, through a symbolic ritual developed in an abstract, timeless limbo.

ORACLE is rooted in research on mythic representations of death, underworlds, rites of passage, and liminal spaces, in dialogue with contemporary approaches such as biomedicine, robotics, ritual theory, and digital aethers. The piece is part of the conceptual universe of Adaptasi Cycle, a speculative mythological ecosystem in continuous evolution, where spirituality, ecology, and technology intersect.

Choreographed and performed by Ulrico, with Rachel Lamot as creative director, the piece draws from Donna Haraway’s cyborg theory to explore the dissolution of boundaries between organism and machine. The Pastel Volume Memory fashion design created  by the Berlin artista Kim Rosario enhances an aesthetic that blends biomechanical, botanical, and animal elements.

The experience will be extended with an electronic session by DJ CECZ, who will perform a special DJ set. His sound — merging drone, obscure techno, dark ambient, experimental electronics, and synthetic textures — will expand the work into a collective sensorial dimension inspired by rave culture. More than music, it becomes a vibrational extension of ORACLE’s universe, activating the body as a site of resonance and ritual trance.
